How do I undo a change to what bernard knows about my business?
Every change bernard makes to your brain is written down, so you can take the last one back. Your brain itself keeps no history, so bernard keeps its own list of what it changed, with the words before and after.

Undo the last change
Ask bernard to undo the last change it made - to your brain as a whole, or to one part, such as your audience or your offer. It shows you what that part will go back to, and puts it back only when you say yes. The undo is written down too, so it can be seen later.
When undo says no
If the part has been changed again since - by you, by bernard, or in another tool - bernard undoes nothing and says so, because putting the old words back would lose the newer ones. - You can undo the last change bernard made to a part of your brain. Changes made in other tools, or by someone working in your knowledge base directly, are not on bernard’s list and are kept by their own backups.
- Does undo happen straight away?
- No. bernard shows you what the part will go back to and waits for you to approve it, the same as for any other change. Without your approval nothing changes.
- What if the part has changed again since?
- Then bernard undoes nothing and tells you, because putting the old words back would wipe out the newer change. Ask it to show you the part and make a fresh correction instead.
