How do I let my whole member list into the forum at once?
When you move a whole community across, or open the forum to everyone who already pays you, inviting people one at a time is too slow. Bernard can let up to 500 of your contacts in at once.

Name the people
Tell Bernard who: everyone with a tag (“everyone tagged NOBLEART DISCUSSION GROUP”), a list of addresses, or both. They must already be your contacts.
The quote comes first
Before anything happens, Bernard tells you:
- how many people will get forum access, and with which role (member unless you say otherwise),
- how many were already let in, or are already members,
- how many were removed earlier and will be skipped,
- any addresses that are not in your contacts,
- how many sign-in emails will be sent.
Nothing changes until you say yes.
Quiet now, one email later
You can let people in quietly: they get access, and no email is sent. This is the way to set everything up before you tell anyone, for example while you check the private rooms are right. When you are ready, ask Bernard to send the sign-in links to the same people. Each person who has not signed in yet gets one email. Members who have already signed in are not emailed again.
The usual rule still holds: one sign-in email per person per day, so asking twice in a day sends nothing new.
After they sign in
Each person clicks the link in their email, agrees to the community rules once, and is in. If you keep rooms for subscribers, they find their private rooms waiting at their first sign-in. See How do I give my subscribers their own private area?.

Questions people ask
- Do the people need to be in my contacts first?
- Yes. Bernard lets in people who are already your contacts. Anyone it cannot find is listed back to you, so you can add them first.
- Will everyone get an email?
- Only if you want them to. Bernard tells you how many sign-in emails will go and waits for your approval. Choose quiet access and nothing is sent until you ask.
- What about someone I removed from the forum earlier?
- They are skipped. Letting a removed member back in is a separate, deliberate step: ask Bernard to restore them.
- Is there a limit?
- Up to 500 people at a time. For a bigger list, do it in parts, for example by two tags.
