Put your HubSpot form on your site
A HubSpot form puts the form you built in HubSpot onto your page, and every submission lands in your HubSpot contacts as before. HubSpot draws the form in its own frame, so you style it in HubSpot’s form editor rather than on your site.
The prompt
“Put my HubSpot form on the [page name] page. Here is its share link from HubSpot: [paste the link].”
Signed in, Get my prompt fills in your site for you. Otherwise press Copy and fill in the [bracketed] parts. First time? Connect your AI to bernard once: Use your own AI (opens in a new tab).
Works today
Your HubSpot form works on your site today. Give your AI the form’s share link from HubSpot (or the embed code, which it can turn into the link) and say which page. It puts HubSpot’s own form page onto your page in a frame, full width and at a fixed height that fits the form on a phone, on a preview you approve. Every lead goes straight into HubSpot. For the two ways to set up a form and how to choose, see Connect my website form to HubSpot.
Ask your AI
Put my HubSpot form on the [page name] page. Here is its share link from HubSpot: [paste the link].
What you need first
The form’s share link from HubSpot (Marketing, Forms, choose the form, then Share), or its embed code: either one is enough. If HubSpot marks entries as spam, add your website’s address to HubSpot’s list of site domains.
What bernard checks
The HubSpot forms tool is on bernard’s permitted list. Someone read the maker’s own instructions (https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/start-building/features/forms/forms) on 2026-10-21 and decided it was safe to run on a customer’s site: HubSpot’s developer pages document only the classic embed, so the shape of the updated embed was read from HubSpot’s own loader at js.hsforms.net/forms/embed/1714895.js: it finds each div with the hs-form-frame class, reads data-portal-id, data-form-id and data-region from it, and draws the form in a frame from forms.hsforms.com. The loader writes no cookies itself, but it reads HubSpot’s visitor cookies when HubSpot tracking is on the page, sends a load count to HubSpot, and can load Google reCAPTCHA onto the page when the form has a captcha. That is a third-party frame plus a captcha, the same as the other functional rows, so the row is consent functional. Not analytics: the form is the point, and visitor tracking needs HubSpot’s separate tracking code, which this row does not admit. The div is plain, so its data- values are not policed by this row today. Only js.hsforms.net is admitted; the regional hosts (js-eu1, js-na2) serve the same file but HubSpot does not document which it emits. Your site loads it from the maker’s own address. HubSpot forms comes from the maker’s own address, always at whatever version they currently publish, so there is no pinned version here for bernard to check each week. Keeping it current is the maker’s job. What bernard controls is the address: nothing else may be loaded in its place.
That check is for the script version. Once it is switched on, your AI will write the exact tag bernard permits, on a private preview, and you will approve it before anything goes live.
People search for this as: hubspot, hubspot form, contact form, enquiry form, lead form, hsforms, embed code.
The script version is coming
HubSpot forms also has a script version, which sets cookies or sends information about your visitors to another company, so on a site with a cookie banner it has to wait for each visitor to say yes. bernard’s consent system does not yet have the category it needs, so that version is checked and on the list but not switched on. The framed form above works in the meantime, and your AI will tell you when the script version is ready.
For the full list of libraries, what is waiting, and how to ask for one that is not there, see Embed a calendar, a diagram, a chart or another tool on my site.
Questions people ask
- Do I need to write any code to use the HubSpot forms tool?
- No. Give your AI the form’s share link or the embed code from HubSpot. It puts the form on the page in a frame, on a preview you approve before it goes live. Pasted code is removed for safety every time, so let your AI write it.
- Is the HubSpot forms tool safe on my site?
- bernard admits it only from its own published address, with its settings written as plain data rather than code. HubSpot forms comes from the maker’s own address, always at whatever version they currently publish, so there is no pinned version here for bernard to check each week. Keeping it current is the maker’s job. What bernard controls is the address: nothing else may be loaded in its place. The script version stays off until bernard’s cookie-consent system can hold it; the framed form runs inside its own sealed box.
- What do I need from the HubSpot forms maker first?
- The form’s share link from HubSpot (Marketing, Forms, choose the form, then Share), or its embed code: either one is enough. If HubSpot marks entries as spam, add your website’s address to HubSpot’s list of site domains.
- Can I change it later?
- Yes. Say what you want different and your AI redoes it on a preview for you to approve. Nothing about it is baked in.
