Can I take card payments on my bernard website?
You want people to buy from your website, not just look at it. On a bernard site they can: things, downloads, courses and memberships, all paid by card, with the money going straight to you.

What you can sell

How the money reaches you
Buyers pay on Stripe’s own secure checkout, and the money settles into your own Stripe account, then out to your bank. bernard never holds your takings and takes 0% of every sale. The only per-sale fee is Stripe’s card fee. Because the account is yours, so are the payment records, receipts and subscriptions in it, even if you leave (Where the money goes when someone enrols has the full arrangement).
What it costs
A shop is an add-on on any size, at £200 a year. Courses, which include memberships, are £600 a year on Nautilus Small. Want courses with anything else, or a shop and courses together? The one thing to do first
Connect your Stripe account. Until you do, your shop shows its products as “opening soon” and checkout stays closed (My shop says ‘opening soon’ - why can’t people buy yet?). Ask Bernard, or the AI you’ve connected, to set up payouts. You get a secure link to Stripe’s own page, where you connect an existing account or create one (What will Stripe ask me when I set up payouts? says what to have ready). Your bank details go to Stripe, never to bernard.
Everything else can be built before that: products, lessons, prices and photos all land as drafts you approve, and the buy buttons appear on their own the moment Stripe confirms your account.
