For an account with three websites and one business:
- one business brain at the top;
- three site brains, one per website, each sitting under the business brain.
Each website uses its own site brain. When a site brain has nothing on a topic, bernard reads the business brain above it, so shared facts are written once.
More than one business
If your account runs more than one business, each business can have its own business brain, with its websites’ brains under it. Ask us when we switch it on and we set it up that way.

- Each business can have its own business brain, with its websites’ site brains under it, all in the same private space for your account.
- Is there a limit?
- A private space comfortably holds dozens of brains. Tell us if you have a very large number of websites.
- Can bernard change my brain or my site without asking?
- No. bernard shows you the exact change first, and saves it only after you approve it. A change to your site is also a draft that waits for your approval before it goes live.
