Make my prices and what's included clear

A visitor wondering what something costs and finding no answer usually leaves rather than asks. Clear pricing — what it is, what's included, what the options are — builds trust and saves you a stack of emails. On a bernard-hosted site, your AI can lay it out plainly.

How it works

  1. Get your access prompt. Log in to bernard, open your site, and copy the prompt from Edit with AI (it contains a key that works for 12 hours).
  2. Paste it into your AI — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, whichever you already use — then give it your prices, or use the prompt below.
  3. Approve. The AI shows you the laid-out pricing. Check it's right, press Approve, and it's live.

If a price really depends on the work, say 'from £X' or explain how it's worked out — that still beats silence. Clear pricing is one more piece of a page that leads well, which comes back to getting your Put the most important things first right in the first place.

The prompt

Look at how I show prices and make it clear — what each thing costs, what's included, and any options. [Tell it your prices, or where they are now.] Lay it out so people understand before they ask. Show me before publishing.

The [bracketed] parts are yours to fill in. First time? Log in to bernard → your site → Edit with AI → copy your access prompt, paste that into your AI first, then ask the above.

Questions people ask

Should I put prices on my website?
Clear pricing saves you and the visitor a round of emails, and people trust a site that's upfront. If a price depends on the work, say 'from £X' or explain how it's worked out. Your AI can lay it out on a bernard site, and you approve it on a preview before it's live.
What if my prices change often?
Then it's a two-minute ask whenever they do — tell your AI the new figures and approve the change. Keeping them current is far easier than fielding the questions.
