When a page looks wrong on your screen, describing it in words is the slow way. "The heading overlaps the picture and the cards are all squashed" takes three back-and-forths to pin down; a screenshot settles it in one.

Include the address bar. The most common reason a page "looks wrong" — or looks unchanged after work you asked for — is that you're looking at a different copy than you think: the live site, the draft preview, or your own domain before it has finished connecting. On a phone, screenshot as normal and mention it's from your phone — pages arrange themselves differently on small screens, and that detail sends the fix to the right place.
What happens with your picture
Your AI looks at the screenshot, then looks at the page itself the way a visitor would — on desktop and phone sizes — and compares the two. You've shown it what you see; it checks what the site actually serves. The gap between those two views is usually the diagnosis: a broken style, a change that isn't published yet, or an address that isn't serving your new site at all.
