After a quiet import, your students need one clear message: where their courses are now.
The prompt

How it works
- Ask Bernard to tell them. He first says how many people will get the email and shows a few examples.
- Say yes, and the emails go in batches until everyone is told.
- Each person gets one email listing their courses, with one button to their own page of courses (Let learners in without accounts or passwords).
Courses still in draft are left out of the list, and someone whose courses are all drafts is not emailed yet. Setting people up in the first place? See Give lots of people access to my courses at once.
Questions people ask
- What does the email say?
- It lists every published course the person has on your site and has one button that opens their own page of courses. No password, nothing to sign up for.
- Does it go out as soon as I ask?
- No. Bernard first tells you how many people will get it and shows a few examples, and sends only after your approval.
- Could someone get it twice?
- No. Each person is marked as told the moment their email goes, so asking again only reaches people still waiting.
- Can I resend it to one person who lost it?
- Yes. Name them and they get a fresh copy.
- Does it count as a marketing email?
- No. It tells someone about courses they already have, so it goes whether or not they agreed to marketing.
