Can I have more time on my trial?
Fourteen days is the default, not a rule. Some people move their site in, get busy, and come back to it in week three. That’s fine.

How to ask
Five days before the end of your trial, Bernard emails to ask whether to keep the site going. Reply to that email and say how much time would help. Nobody is sitting behind a form; a person reads the reply and answers. We would far rather give you another few weeks than have you decide in a hurry.
What happens in the meantime
Everything carries on. The workshop stays open, Bernard keeps drafting what you ask for, and nothing goes live until you approve it, exactly as before. Your old site stays untouched wherever it lives.
If the thing you need is not time
If what’s stopping you is a specific worry, say that instead. Whether the shop will work, whether your search rankings survive the move, whether the site will look right on a phone: those are questions we can answer, and answering them is usually quicker than another fortnight of wondering. - Reply to the email that says your trial is ending, and tell us how much time would help. There’s no form and no reason required. A person reads it and answers.
- Will asking for more time cost anything?
- No. Nothing is charged until you choose to put your plan on a card. Extra time is just extra time.
- Can I keep making changes while I wait for an answer?
- Yes. The workshop stays open and Bernard keeps drafting what you ask for. As always, nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Is there a limit to how many times I can ask?
- We don’t count. If you’re still weighing it up after a second extension, it’s usually worth a conversation about what’s holding you back, and that reply reaches a person too.
