What happened after I sent my email campaign?

Open Community → Email campaigns to find the campaign ledger. Finished campaigns stay there as history, with the exact saved content and the outcome summary Bernard currently exposes.

Reading the status

  • Draft means nothing has been approved for an audience.
  • Held means the final quote was approved and the cancellation hold is still running.
  • Scheduled means it is waiting for the approved future time.
  • Sending means provider delivery has started.
  • Sent means the campaign's messages were accepted for sending with no failed outcome in the campaign settlement.
  • Partly sent means some were accepted and some failed, were rejected or have an uncertain outcome.
  • Failed means the campaign did not complete cleanly.
  • Cancelled means it was stopped before provider delivery began.

For sent, partly sent and failed campaigns, the current card shows a sent count and a failed count. That failed number combines failures, provider rejections and outcomes whose result could not be proved safely. It does not expose a recipient-by-recipient diagnostic yet.

What the current summary does not say

The campaign ledger is a submission and settlement summary. It does not currently show opens or clicks, and Sent is not a promise that every receiving mail server placed the message in an inbox. Do not infer a detailed deliverability report from the two numbers on the card.

If the status stays uncertain or the result looks wrong, report the campaign and site to Bernard support rather than making another send to investigate. A repeat would be a new campaign with a new count and approval, not a retry hidden inside the old one.

Questions people ask

Where do I see a campaign after sending it?
Open Community, then Email campaigns. The campaign stays in the ledger with its status, timing and current sent or failed summary. Reading it sends nothing and needs no approval.
What does Partly sent mean?
Some recipients were accepted for sending and others ended in a failed, rejected or uncertain state. The current customer view combines those latter outcomes into one failed number.
Does Sent prove every message reached an inbox?
No. The current campaign summary records the provider submission outcome, not a full per-person inbox report. It does not currently show opens or clicks, and it should not be read as proof that every mailbox displayed the message.
Can I edit or resend a finished campaign?
A finished campaign is kept as read-only history. Make a new draft if you need another send; that draft will have its own audience, preview and approval.
