Who is in my community, and who has gone quiet?
Ask Bernard who is in your community forum and you get a list of every member: their name, email, role, status, when they were invited, when they last visited, how many posts they have made, and whether they are banned.

Finding the quiet ones
Pass a number of days - “who has not visited for a month?” - and Bernard keeps only the people not seen in that time. Someone who was invited but never signed in counts as quiet.
This is useful for a personal nudge: “Sarah hasn’t been in for six weeks - send her a note” is a natural follow-up.

When the forum is unreachable
If the forum software is temporarily unreachable, Bernard still returns the bernard-side data (names, roles, statuses) with a note that last-visit and post-count data is unavailable. The list is still useful; the forum numbers come back on the next ask.
Questions people ask
- What does ‘quiet’ mean?
- A quiet member has not visited the forum in the number of days you ask about (default 30). Someone who was invited but never signed in counts as quiet too.
- Why are some names missing?
- Names and email addresses need contacts permission. Without it, Bernard still gives you the counts and dates - invited, active, inactive - but every name and address shows as blank.
- Can I see who posted the most?
- Yes. The list includes a post count for every member who has signed in at least once. Any action you take from the list - like removing someone - still requires your explicit approval.
