Make your posts in Claude or ChatGPT and send them to bernard
Many owners already write in Claude or ChatGPT, design in Canva, or film on their phone. You do not have to start again inside bernard. Connect your assistant to bernard (Can I connect more than one AI?) and it can send what you made together straight to your calendar. Bernard is where it is scheduled and goes out; it does not have to be where it was made.

What you can bring in
- Words for a social post, a blog post or an email. They land on the day you name, or on your shelf, exactly as you wrote them (Can I put my own post, blog post or email on my calendar, in my own words?).
- A photo or a film from your phone or a link. It goes into your media library first, with its tags, and then onto the post you name (Can I use a photo or a film I made on my phone or in another app?).

- A month of ideas, planned in your assistant. They go on your shelf in your order, then onto your free days when you ask.
The brief your assistant reads
So that what your assistant makes fits your business, it can read a brief from bernard: your brand colours and fonts, your voice notes, the networks you connected with the sizes and lengths each one takes, and the house style for moving posts. Questions people ask
- Does it post what my assistant sends?
- Never on its own. Whatever your assistant sends waits on your calendar. A social post waits for your Schedule, a blog post for your Publish and an email for your yes to its quote. That approval is always yours.
- Will bernard change my words?
- No. Words your assistant sends are kept letter for letter, marked as yours, so no replan or suggestion touches them. They change only when you change them, or when you ask for a change.
- Which assistants work?
- Any assistant you connect to bernard, such as Claude or ChatGPT, through Bernard Marketing. The same approval applies whichever one you use.
