Move my students from Podia, Teachable or Kajabi
Your courses are on bernard. Now your students need to be too, each with exactly the courses they paid for.
The prompt
“I’m moving my students from [platform]. Here is who has which course: [paste or attach the list].”

How it works
- Export who has what from your old platform: each person’s email and the products they bought or belong to.
- Give the list to Bernard. He matches each product to a course here (a bundle becomes several courses) and asks about anything unclear.
- Check the plan. People, courses, counts. Say yes.
- Everyone gets their courses quietly, in batches (Give lots of people access to my courses at once). Check anyone you like: “what courses does [email protected] have?”
- When your new site is ready, tell everyone with one email each (Email my students a link to all their courses).
About billing. bernard gives people their courses; it does not move subscriptions. Members keep paying where they pay today. When someone’s membership ends, ask Bernard to take them off their courses (Take a student off a course).
Questions people ask
- Will my students be emailed during the move?
- No. Everyone is given their courses quietly. Nobody hears anything until you say so.
- What do I approve?
- Two things. First the plan - who gets which course - before anyone is enrolled. Later the email, which only goes after your approval.
- What happens to my members’ subscriptions?
- They stay where they are. If they bill through your own Stripe account they keep billing as before. bernard gives each person their courses; it does not take over the billing.
- What if a member cancels later?
- They keep their courses until you take them off. Ask Bernard to remove them when a membership ends.
- What about bundles on my old platform?
- A bundle simply becomes the courses inside it. Bernard asks about any product he cannot match.
