Show me all my prices in one place

Your prices live in several places: each course has its own, a membership has its own, products have theirs, and discount codes have their own rules. When you want to see how it all fits together - before a sale, a price rise or a move from another platform - ask Bernard for the whole list at once.

The prompt

“Show me all my prices: every course, membership, product and discount code, and anything you can’t sell for me yet.”

Signed in, Get my prompt fills in your site for you. Otherwise press Copy and fill in the [bracketed] parts. First time? Connect your AI to bernard once: Use your own AI (opens in a new tab).

How it works

  1. Ask for your prices. “Show me all my prices” is enough.
  2. Bernard reads everything you sell and gives it back as one list:
  3. He tells you what bernard cannot sell for you yet. Bundles and months of a membership included with a course are examples. You hear it before you plan around it, not after.
  4. Change what you like. Ask for a new price, a new term or a code in a sentence. Each change drafts privately and waits for your approval.

Prices come back in your own currency, the way a buyer sees them: £250, not a number of pence.

Questions people ask

Does asking for my price list change anything?
No. Reading your prices changes nothing, so there is nothing to approve. Any change Bernard suggests afterwards waits for your approval like every other change.
What does it show for each course?
The price, whether access is for ever or for a number of days, whether people buy it, get it free or are invited, how many students have it now, and how many paid orders it has had, in total and in the last 90 days.
And for a membership?
Each price it is sold at (monthly, yearly or both), which courses and forum rooms it gives, and how many members are active, in a grace period after a failed payment, cancelling, or ended.
Which discount codes does it list?
Every discount that is running now: what it takes off, what it applies to, any limits such as once per person, when it ends, and how many of its codes are still usable. Ask to see your codes for every code and who used a personal one.
Why does it say some things are not available yet?
Some ways of pricing cannot be sold on bernard yet, such as bundles or months of a membership included with a course. The list names the ones that matter for your site, so you know before you plan around them.
